Procedure for credit card payment

Guidance

-Payment method: The amount of money for you application will be billed to your account as in the case of normal card usage, based on each card company’s rules.

-There are two types of credit cards that can be used. We do not accept other credit card types. -VISA -MasterCard

-Please see “Privacy Policy ” to see our policy regarding the handling of personal information.

-All personal information entered on the payment page will be encrypted by SSL.

-After payment, the payment service company (Alpha note corporation) will send you an acceptance confirmation email. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact NIMIC Payment by credit cards (admin@nimic.jp,please change the @ mark from full-width to half-width and send it, as there is a possibility that the e-mail address has been entered incorrectly.

-If you want to change or cancel your application after payment, please contact NIMIC Payment by credit cards.

Procedure for credit card payment

If you are a new member, please complete the Step 1 application on the “Enrollment Information ” page before proceeding to the credit card payment procedure.

1) Select the applicable membership type in the pull-down menu below and click the “Pay (to payment screen) ” button. (This action will transfer you to another site)

2) Fill in the payment form

3) Payment completed (You will receive a payment confirmation email.)

4) After confirming the payment, a NIMIC representative will send you a membership card.
